Shipping policy
At 9M Skincare, we offer free shipping on all orders. Delivery will be done with in 5-7 days.
We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. 9M Skincare is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by Oravya Wellness. We shall strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control of 9M Skincare, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by complete refund.
Cancellations
All cancellations will be done after a 10% deduction as transactional fees. For cancellations post dispatch, kindly refuse the order when the delivery attempt is made. Once our delivery partner updates the shipment status as “RTO (Return to origin) initiated”, we will cancel your order and initiate the refund.
Refunds will reflect in the same account from which payment was made within 5 to 7 business days.
Currency Transactions
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Processing Orders
Your order will be dispatched with in 1-2 days after the order confirmed. Our business hours are 10 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time (IST), Monday to Friday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours, please email us at info@9mskincare.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
